Within her own practice Nolutando Pumeza Bono makes a determined effort to empower and develop her staff. She trusts her gut feel when it comes to identifying and nurturing talented individuals. A highlight of her 12 years in practice was working with the Land Reform and the Extension of Security of Tenure Act (ESTA) as part of the panel that represented farm workers who faced eviction from their home, some after a history of 100years of living on a farm. The human element of these cases had a profound effect on her, making them some of the most fulfilling of her career. Founder of the Justlikemychild Foundation and member of the Unity in Africa Foundation and the Vision for Woman Foundation, serving her community is a part of what she does and who she is.
